CalRecycle shall review and may adjust the carpet stewardship program goals and recycling rate no sooner than January 1, 2020, and no less frequently than every three years thereafter, pursuant to Public Resources Code section 42972.2(b). The purpose of this workshop is to gather public comments and input on draft goal concepts. An agenda and supporting documents for this workshop will be posted in the “Documents” section in advance of the workshop date.
