Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: 
• Removal of permit condition 17h, which limits pile temperature from reaching 122 degrees Fahrenheit,
• Removal of permit condition 17i, which contained tonnage limit timelines,
• Updates to permit language,
• Updates to the Transfer Processing Report.
