This item presents staff’s analysis of MED-Project’s revised 2021 Annual Report for covered drugs titled, “MED-Project 2021 Annual Report, State of California, Covered Drugs,” submitted to CalRecycle on June 1, 2022.

 Public Resources Code section 42033.2 requires a program operator to submit, on or before March 31 of each year, a complete annual report. CalRecycle determined MED-Project’s 2021 Annual Report incomplete on May 2, 2022. MED-Project was required to revise and resubmit its 2021 annual report to CalRecycle within 30 days from the date of receipt of CalRecycle’s completeness determination. CalRecycle has 90 days from the date of receipt of a complete annual report to review and adopt a finding of approval, conditional approval, or disapproval.
