Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Merging two Enforcement Agency Notifications (43-AN-0038 Small Volume Chipping and Grinding Operation and 43-AN-0040 Small Volume Inert Debris Type A Processing Operation) and a Registration Permit (43-AN-0039 Medium Volume Construction, Demolition, and Inert (CD/I) Debris Processing Operation) into one Full Solid Waste Facilities Permit with a total throughput of 500 Tons per day (TPD). An updated solid waste facilities permit was received on July 6, 2022.
