This item presents a summary of staff’s analysis of MED-Project USA’s (MED-Project) Revised 2021 Annual Report for home-generated sharps waste titled, “MED-Project 2021 Annual Report, State of California, Home-Generated Sharps Waste,” submitted to CalRecycle on August 18, 2022.  

 

Pursuant to the conditions specified in CalRecycle’s June 2022, Request for Approval, MED-Project was required to submit a revised 2021 annual report within 60 days of June 23, 2022, that included the additional information to meet the condition specified in the “Staff Analysis” section of the Request for Approval.

 

Supporting documents will be posted in the “Documents” section in advance of the Public Meeting.
