This item presents a summary of staff’s analysis of Mattress Recycling Council’s revised stewardship plan, titled “Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Plan,” submitted to CalRecycle on September 14, 2022.

Pursuant to the conditions specified in CalRecycle’s July 22, 2022, Request for Approval, Mattress Recycling Council was required to submit a revised stewardship plan, within 60 days from July 22, 2022, that included the additional information to meet the conditions outlined in the “Staff Analysis” section of the Request for Approval.

Supporting documents will be posted in the "Documents" section in advance of the Public Meeting.
