Maximum daily tonnage of 20,000 tons per day will not change, but daily tonnage totals will be averaged over a 2 week/12 day period; up to 600 tons per day of treated incinerator ash may be accepted (Ash tonnage will not be averaged); up to 4,000 tons per day of Municipal Solid Waste residue may be delivered to the landfill by truck from Los Angeles County; increase in truck traffic to include up to 220 vehicles per day from Los Angeles County in addition to 50 vehicles per day from Imperial County; in the event of a major disruption of rail service additional truck deliveries may occur for a temporary period; revised design capacity from 970 million cubic yards to 1.1 billion cubic yards based on a more accurate, software generated estimate; revised closure date estimate from 2097 to 2122, due to revised capacity estimates; update findings; update the list of conditioning documents; refer to the JTD instead of listing routine operational monitoring and operational conditions on the permit; remove the requirement for a seismograph located on the landfill property; remove and replace obsolete ownership information; correct the facility street address; updates to the JTD including new conditioning documents and regulations, infrastructure updates, expanded stability evaluations information, amended facility design and operation, inclusion of a new CQA report in the closure plans updates to the closure plans with cost estimates, defined hours of operation for initial operations, modifications to seasonal restrictions for truck deliveries, incorporates approved landfill gas monitoring program, updates landfill development sequencing schedule, describes anticipated transitions in operations, describes proposed material recovery operations, and updates equipment and personnel needs for initial operations.
