Consideration of CARE’s California Carpet Stewardship Plan 2023 to 2027

Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE) submitted its California Carpet Stewardship Plan 2023 to 2027 to CalRecycle on September 22, 2022. CalRecycle has 60-days to approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the Plan (by November 21, 2022).
