Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters: the proposed facility will be a large volume transfer/processing facility, permitted maximum tonnage of 400 tons per day, permitted traffic volume of 190 vehicles per day, permitted acreage of 7.94 acres, and the facility will be prohibited from acceptance of green waste and municipal mixed waste from non-source separated collection programs.
