This item presents a summary of staff’s analysis of Mattress Recycling Council’s revised stewardship plan, titled “Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Plan,” submitted to CalRecycle on January 9, 2023. 

Mattress Recycling Council was required to submit a revised plan within 60 days (by January 16, 2023) to resolve the issue identified in CalRecycle’s November 15, 2022, Request for Action. 

Supporting documents will be posted in the "Documents" section in advance of the Public Meeting.
