On January 13, 2023, the Sacramento County Environmental Management Department (LEA) granted an emergency waiver of the permitted tonnage, hours of operation, and storage time limits of solid waste removal until April 12, 2023, due to the emergency resulting from the severe winter storms throughout the state.
