Notice of Formal Rulemaking - AB 793 Plastic Content Reporting and Compliance Permanent Regulations

CalRecycle has begun formal rulemaking activities regarding the AB 793 Plastic Content Reporting and Compliance Permanent Regulations. The attached Notice of Proposed Action (Notice) was published by the Office of Administrative Law on February 3, 2023, and the public comment period begins on February 3, 2023. CalRecycle will also hold a hybrid public hearing regarding this rulemaking on March 21, 2023, and the public comment period will end at the conclusion of the public hearing. 

 

Please refer to the attached Notice and additionally www.calrecycle.ca.gov/Laws/Rulemaking/ for more information about this rulemaking, including how to submit comments and participate in the scheduled hybrid public hearing on March 21, 2023.
