Senate Bill (SB) 1215 amends the Electronic Waste Recycling Act and adds covered battery-embedded products to the CEW Recycling Program. This informational session is intended to inform stakeholders about the requirements of SB 1215 and to gather stakeholder comments prior to the initiation of emergency rulemaking intended to implement, interpret, or make specific the requirements of SB 1215.
