Description
The purpose of this workshop will be to discuss and consider
possible changes to the covered electronic waste (CEW) recovery and recycling
payment rates. Every year, as required by Public Resources Code Sections 42477
and 42478, CalRecycle must consider and determine the recovery and recycling payment
rates necessary to fund, on average, the CEW collection and recycling industry.
Program staff will present its evaluation of net cost information and make
recommendations about payment rates.
