Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following changes: Replacing the Permitted Maximum Traffic Volume of 76 vehicles per day (VPD) with the following language: Traffic will be regulated as per Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section 17418.3 - Traffic Control.
