Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: increasing the permitted maximum tonnage from 1,600 tons per day to 2,000 tons per day; increasing the permitted traffic volume from 496 vehicles per day to 1,000 vehicles per day; changing the design capacity from transfer of 1,600 tons per day and processing of 500 tons per day to transfer/processing of 2,000 tons per day; changing the language regarding permitted hours of operation; and updating the name of the property owner.
