City of Redding Transfer Station, Materials Recovery, and Composting Facility - Shasta County

Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: 
 
1. Updates to the Transfer Processing Report (TPR), Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI) and Odor 
    Impact Minimization Plan (OIMP). 
2. Removing the vehicle limit of 482 vehicles per day; the facility will instead be regulated per Title 14 Section 
    17418.3- Traffic Control. 
3. Addition of food waste as an accepted composting feedstock.
