Public Resources Code section 42990.1 requires Mattress Recycling Council to submit an annual report on or before July 1 of each year describing the program’s activities and progress toward achieving goals for the previous year. 

This item presents staff’s analysis of Mattress Recycling Council’s 2022 Annual Report submitted June 30, 2023. 

CalRecycle has 90 days from the date of receipt of a complete annual report to review and adopt a finding of approval, conditional approval, or disapproval.
