These items present staff’s analysis of MED-Project’s revised 2022 annual report and 2024 annual program budget for its covered drugs stewardship program, submitted on August 21, 2023.

MED-Project was required to submit a revised annual report and annual program budget for its covered drugs stewardship program within 60 days of June 21, 2023, that included the additional information specified in the “Staff Analysis” sections of CalRecycle’s June 2023 Requests for Action (RFA). See annual report RFA and annual program budget RFA.

Supporting documents will be posted in the “Documents” section in advance of the November 21, 2023, Public Meeting.
