Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: updating the mailing address of the owner and operator; addition of a permitted traffic volume of 894 vehicles per day; and updating the legal description of the facility section, the findings section, the prohibitions section, the documents that describe and/or restrict the operation of the facility section, the self-monitoring section, and the LEA conditions section.
