Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: increasing the permitted maximum tonnage from 437 tons per day to 876 tons per day; increasing the composting permitted area from 30 acres to 31.4 acres; increasing the total permitted area from 30 acres to 37.3 acres; and the addition of food material and manure as acceptable materials.
