Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Increase in the permitted maximum tonnage from 1,800 tons per day (tpd) to 3,000 tpd, increase in the permitted traffic volume from 1,047 vehicles per day (vpd) to 1,305 vpd, adjustments to permitted area acreage and design capacity for construction and demolition (CDI), compost facility 2 (CF2), and in-vessel digestion (IVD) activities while keeping the total permitted area of 724.54 unchanged, addition of ancillary hours, updates to the Joint Technical Document (JTD), and updates to the permit language.
