Public Notice: Notice of AB 793 Plastic Content Reporting and Compliance Permanent Regulations Final OAL Approval

On November 2, 2023, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the permanent regulations to clarify, implement, and make specific the requirements of AB 793. The effective date of these regulations is January 1, 2024.
