Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: updating the facility name and address; updating the name and mailing address of the operator and owner; correcting the design capacity units from cubic yards to tons per day; and updating the following sections of the permit: Specifications, Legal Description, Findings, Prohibitions, documents that describe and/or restrict the operation of the facility, Self Monitoring, and Enforcement Agency (EA) Conditions. There will be no changes to the permitted hours of operation, maximum tonnage, traffic volume, or permitted area.
