The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) administers the Beverage Container Recycling Program (BCRP) pursuant to California's Beverage Container Recycling and Litter Reduction Act (Act). 

In response to comments and questions received at CalRecycle events as well as larger forums like the Unified Symposium, CalRecycle has scheduled an additional webinar to focus on the unique needs of small wineries. This 2-hour Webinar is scheduled for Friday, February 23, 2024 from 10 a.m. to noon. 

It will focus on the same SB1013 and SB353 changes, and will provide a demonstration to Beverage Manufacturers and Distributors on how to use Division of Recycling Integrated Information System (DORIIS) for monthly reporting of Processing Fees and CRV.  A Q&A session will follow after the DORIIS demonstration.
