Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: updating the name of the operator and owner; correcting the existing max depth; updating the estimated closure year; and updating the following sections of the permit: Findings, documents that describe and/or restrict the operation of the facility, Self-Monitoring, and Enforcement Agency Conditions.
