These items present staff’s analysis of MED-Project’s 2023 annual report and 2025 annual program budget for its covered drugs stewardship program, submitted March 29, 2024.

Public Resources Code section 42033.2 requires a program operator to submit, on or before March 31 of each year, a complete annual program budget and annual report for its stewardship program(s). CalRecycle has 30 days from the date of receipt to determine if a submitted annual report and annual program budget are complete and notify the submitting program operator. CalRecycle has 90 days from the date of receipt of a complete annual report and annual program budget to review the document(s) and adopt a finding of approval, conditional approval, or disapproval.
