Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters: the proposed activities are a large volume transfer/processing facility and a large volume in-vessel digestion facility; permitted hours of operation of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; permitted maximum tonnage of 500 tons per day, 2,800 tons per week; permitted area of 18.5 acres; and a design capacity of 500 tons per day.
