Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:
 
Increase in the permitted maximum tonnage from 500 tons per day (tpd) to 750 tpd, while not exceeding 156,000 tons per year; Increase the total permitted area from 60.5 acres to 66.2 acres; Increase in the design capacity from 346,700 cubic yards to 408,400 cubic yards; and Updates to the Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI).
