CalRecycle must review and update as necessary, the mattress stewardship program baselines and goals every four years. CalRecycle held a Public Workshop to review the baselines and goals and solicit public comments on December 5, 2023, and solicited written comments through December 22, 2023. This item presents proposed state mattress recycling baselines and goals.
