Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters: the proposed facility will be an engineered municipal solid waste (EMSW) conversion facility; permitted hours of operation of 24 hours a day, seven days a week; permitted maximum tonnage of 500 tons per day; permitted traffic volume of 20 vehicles per day; storage limit of 20 trailers for no more than seven days; and a permitted area of 3.5 acres.
