Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: increasing the design capacity of the composting facility from 100 tons per day to 200 tons per day and decreasing the design capacity of the transfer/processing facility from 1,135 tons per day to 1,035 tons per day, while maintaining the permitted maximum tonnage at 1,235 tons per day.
