Public Resources Code section 42990.1 requires Mattress Recycling Council to submit an annual report on or before July 1 of each year describing the program’s activities and progress toward achieving goals for the previous year.

CalRecycle has 90 days from the date of receipt of a complete annual report to review and approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove.
