Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: 

  • Addition of a composting activity within the landfill's permitted boundary.

  The total permitted maximum daily tonnage will remain at 1,850 Tons Per Day (TPD), a subset of 500 TPD will be designated for the composting activity.

  • Updates to the Joint Technical Document (JTD) and the creation of a Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI) and Odor Impact Minimization Plan (OIMP) for the new composting activity.
