Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: update to the name and mailing address of the land owner; update to the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) findings and prohibitions; update to the documents that describe and/or restrict the operation of the facility; update to the self-monitoring requirements; and update to the LEA conditions.
