Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters: the proposed activity will be an engineered municipal solid waste (EMSW) conversion facility; permitted hours of operation will be 24 hours a day, seven days a week; permitted maximum tonnage will be 500 tons per day; permitted traffic volume will be 30 vehicles per day; storage limit of 3,500 tons; and a permitted area of 4.4 acres.
