On November 15, 2024, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Local Enforcement Agency (LEA), issued a Stipulated Agreement that allows the temporary waiver of Solid Waste Facilities Permit terms 4(b), 4(c), 17(A)(8) and 17(C)(1), pertaining to the permitted hours of operation and permitted maximum tonnage, until February 13, 2025, due to a temporary emergency.
