Summary

Informal Workshop to review draft regulatory issues and potential approaches for future revisions to Title 14 and Title 27. Regulatory areas include Compostable Materials, Transfer Processing, Permit Application Form, and Permit Exemptions.

The Workshop will be held from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM after the State Water Resources Control Board’s Stakeholder Workgroup Meeting on Concepts for a Statewide Order for Composting Facilities.
