On February 13, 2025, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Local Enforcement Agency (LEA), granted an emergency waiver of the permitted maximum tonnage and hours of operation until June 13, 2025, due to the emergency resulting from the fires.  On June 13, 2025, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until December 31, 2025.
