The modified permit is to allow the relocations of the Metal/White Goods/Tire Handling area from the Hay Road Landfill to JPO.  The modification will also update the permit to include a new LEA condition regarding the recycling activity, remove LEA conditions that overlap with other agencies, and update the RSCI to reflect current operations  There are no proposed changes to the hours, tonnage, or acreage.
