Review of California Carpet Stewardship Program Goals

Pursuant to Public Resources Code section 42972.2(b), CalRecycle shall review and may adjust the recycling rate and other program goals of the California Carpet Stewardship Program every three years. In May 2022, CalRecycle established baselines and goals for 2023 through 2027 for the program. As part of the required review, CalRecycle shall now evaluate these goals and determine if adjustments are necessary.
