Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: 
 
• Increase to the permitted facility boundary by 23.41 acres for landfill buffer, the permitted area is increasing from 1,688.49 to 1,711.9 acres; 
 
• Updates to the Report of Facility Information.
