Pursuant to Public
Resources Code section 42033.2, a program operator is required to submit, on or
before March 31 of each year, a complete annual report and complete annual
program budget for its stewardship program(s).
CalRecycle has 30 days
from the date of receipt to determine if a submitted annual report and annual
program budget are complete and notify the submitting program operator.
CalRecycle has 90 days from the date of receipt of a complete annual report and
the date of receipt of a complete annual program budget to review the documents
and adopt a finding of approval, conditional approval, or disapproval for each
submittal.
