CWS DTLA Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station - City of Los Angeles

On April 3, 2025, the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, Local Enforcement Agency (LEA), granted an emergency waiver of the permitted daily tonnage until August 5, 2025, due to the emergency resulting from the fires.  On August 4, 2025, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until December 4, 2025.  On November 25, 2025, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until April 4, 2026.
