Notice of AB 1311 Alternative Schedule Final OAL Approval

On April 2, 2025, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved permanent regulations to provide more flexibility and expand eligibility for recycling centers to operate on an alternative schedule other than the schedule established in Public Resources Code section 14571(a)-(b). The effective date of these regulations is April 2, 2025.
