Public Notice: Notice of Covered Electronic Waste Recovery and Recycling Payment Rates for Video Display Devices File and Print Regulations Final OAL Approval

On May 29, 2025, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved file and print regulations per Public Resources Code (PRC) sections 42477 and 42478. CalRecycle is authorized and required by statute to consider the adequacy of the covered electronic waste (CEW) recovery and recycling payment rates under the Electronic Waste Recycling Act of 2003, as amended. The effective date of these regulations is July 1, 2025.
