Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: increase the maximum permitted tonnage from 5,000 tons per day to 7,500 tons per day; increase the maximum daily traffic from 869 tickets per day to 1,100 tickets per day; and expand the permitted hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, for tipping, Monday to Friday, 4:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday to Sunday, 4:00 am to 3:00 pm, for the scale house, and 24 hours a day seven days a week for ancillary operations to Saturday to Friday, 4:00 am to 7:00 pm, for receiving and processing waste, Saturday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 pm for green materials processing, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, for aggregate facility operations and 24 hours a day seven days a week for ancillary operations.
