This item presents staff’s analysis
of Circular CRV Association’s Quarter 4
2025 Quarterly Report.
Title 14 California Code of
Regulations section 2381(a) requires dealer
cooperatives to submit quarterly reports to
CalRecycle no later than the 10th day after the quarterly
reporting period ends describing stewardship program activities.
CalRecycle determined that Circular
CRV Association’s Quarterly Report (Q4 - 2025) submitted on January
21, 2026, was incomplete and notified Circular CRV Association on February 18,
2026.
Circular CRV Association submitted a
revised quarterly report to CalRecycle on February 23, 2026.
CalRecycle determined that Circular
CRV Association’s Revised Quarterly Report (Q4 - 2025) submitted on
February 23, 2026, was incomplete and notified Circular CRV Association on
March 18, 2026.
Circular CRV Association submitted a revised
quarterly report to CalRecycle on April 3, 2026.
