Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: updating the hours of operation to include receipt of non-hazardous solid waste/ancillary operation on Sunday from 7:00am to 4:00pm; increasing the permitted total area from 185 acres to 351 acres; increasing the permitted disposal area from 125 acres to 181 acres; and increasing the design capacity from 30.2 million cubic yards to 43.9 million cubic yards.
