sharps waste stewardship program:

Annual Program Budget and an independent financial audit, including:
a. Independent
Accountant’s Report
Pursuant to Public Resources Code section 42033.2, a
program operator is required to submit, on or before March 31 of each year, a
complete annual report and complete annual program budget for its stewardship
program(s).
CalRecycle has 30 days from the date of receipt to
determine if a submitted annual report and annual program budget are complete
and notify the submitting program operator. CalRecycle has 90 days from the
date of receipt of a complete annual report and the date of receipt of a
complete annual program budget to review the documents and adopt a finding of
approval, conditional approval, or disapproval for each submittal.
Note that under the California Public Records Act
(Government Code section 7920.000 et seq.), your written and oral
comments, attachments, and associated contact information (e.g., your address,
phone, email, etc.) become part of the public record and can be released to the
public upon request.

interested party believes is redacted beyond what is required by law may be
requested via a Public
Records Act Request.
